Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Sales Operations and Business Operations initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role is responsible for managing operational programs from planning through execution while partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project/program management, sales operations, CRM reporting, process improvement, and business analytics. This individual will drive operational excellence by improving processes, tracking business performance, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple operational programs from intake through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate status meetings, manage project timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to plan, implement, and execute business solutions.
• Track and analyze sales funnel performance, pipeline metrics, trial conversions, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Forms, Excel, and reporting tools to provide business insights and recommendations.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and governance.
• Standardize documentation, workflows, and project management practices to improve consistency across programs.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation while communicating progress to leadership.
• Apply project management methodologies to solve complex business challenges while exercising independent judgment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that optimize business operations and customer success processes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational programs from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and operational best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales pipeline reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience improving business processes, documentation, governance, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP certification or actively pursuing PMP is preferred.
