A company is looking for a Renewable Energy Real Estate & Title Attorney (Remote).Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze title commitments, surveys, and related documents to identify and summarize title issues affecting project sitesPrepare title summaries and diligence reports for internalteams and clientsDraft and negotiate real estate agreements, including Purchase and Sale Agreements, option agreements, easements, and leasesRequired Qualifications5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm and/or in-house roleDemonstrated experience reviewing title and survey materials and identifying key risks and issuesExperience drafting and negotiating real estate agreements such as PSAs, options, and leasesActive bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. jurisdictionJ.D. from an accredited law school
