Description:

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking a highly organized Office Manager with a strong technical mindset and experience using accounting software. This role supports daily office operations while assisting with accounting and financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist with bookkeeping tasks
  • Enter and reconcile data in accounting software
  • Maintain organized financial and office records
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors
  • Assist with basic reporting and process improvements
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Office Manager or similar role
  • Experience with accounting software and financial systems
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
