What Makes You Stand Out.

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of proven office or admin experience
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and multitasking
• Great communication skills and a helpful attitude
• Reliable, professional, and ready to jump in wherever needed
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel

• Calendar control and schedule mastery
• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
• Inbox management and people-wrangling
• Greet visitors and provide front-desk support
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records
• Keeping things smooth, sorted, and on track
• Giving teams the support they need to win
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and general HR documentation as needed
