Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 2nd and 3rd shift production and forklift to join their team. As a 2nd and 3rd shift production and forklift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Second and Third Shift
What's the Job?
- Operate processing machinery to manufacture products according to specifications
- Lift and stack 50-80 lb bags onto pallets repeatedly during a 12-hour shift
- Load bags into machines and perform other physically intensive tasks
- Record all raw materials, machine functions, and finished goods in batch records
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly; occasionally up to 100 pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic correspondence
- Basic math skills for formulation and measurement tasks
- Must pass a written forklift certification test and operate forklift safely
