Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and resolve any service-related issues.
• Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system to ensure quality service and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve overall client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company services and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
