As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will provide daily System and Network Administrator operational activities as a part of the Huron Customer Success team. The position requires daily review, analysis, decision making, and reporting on server and network operations as well as client communication and planning for new deployments, updates, configuration changes, and technology improvements. The primary responsibilities of this role are Windows Server Administration focused, supporting a proprietary product that facilitates research administration service delivery and compliance for major hospitals, universities and research institutions.
You will be responsible for leading discussions around development of methodology & work product innovations, and expected to effectively communicate project status including achievements, risks, and roadblocks to all levels. The role requires someone who can anticipate and adapt to changing technologies and quickly escalate risks to technical solution leads and/or project managers.
In addition, your day to day could include the following: researching, analyzing, and resolving client reported issues via support tickets; continually improving internal hosting processes through development of new processes, tools and job aids; and assisting with 24/7 on-call hosting coverage as needed.

The estimated base salary for this job is $95,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
