Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $15- 17/hour

Contract Duration: Initial 1-Year Contract

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Data Operations Associate 2 for a remote, contract-based opportunity supporting our Data Governance & Stewardship Center of Excellence. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a background in life sciences, pharmaceutical data, or MDM systems.

As a Data Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for reviewing and updating customer profile data (HCPs – Healthcare Professionals and HCOs – Healthcare Organizations) using clearly defined business rules and procedures. Your work will directly support our pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and resolve priority MDM (Reltio) queues per project scope

  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for timely resolution

  • Conduct data investigations and trace data lineage

  • Perform professional research on customer demographic data

  • Apply defined business rules to make data corrections and updates

  • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity across systems

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical customer data (strongly preferred)

  • Familiarity with HCP (Healthcare Professional) and HCO (Healthcare Organization) data (strong plus)

  • Prior experience using MDM applications (Reltio experience is a plus)

  • Experience with data and/or medical information databases

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and work management abilities

  • Immediate availability required

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree (preferred)
