What can we say? Our front line is key to our success and our crew makes the front line look and feel as great as it does! Our team members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, with quick and efficient attention to the customer. Greet customers, assemble food orders, maintain appropriate portion control, and collect and process payment from the customer.
Position Requirements Duties/Responsibilities:
• Greet each customer with a smile and a warm hello to ensure they leave highly satisfied.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor suitable for a family-friendly environment.
• Follow directions from managers and team leaders and complete assigned duties.
• Work scheduled hours consistently and adhere to time-off procedures.
• Prepare made-to-order food while maintaining cleanliness, freshness, and quality standards.
• Follow strict sanitation and food safety protocols at all times.
• Measure and portion ingredients accurately per company standards.
• Work safely around hot surfaces and equipment.
• Wear gloves when handling ready-to-eat food and maintain food safety practices.
• Assist with other workstations as needed to support team productivity.
• Discard expired or improperly stored products.
• Adhere to the company dress code and grooming standards.

• Solid Black pants (no skinny jeans or cargo)

Physical Requirements: • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Must be able to bend, reach, twist, and climb a step ladder as necessary.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Must be able to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments.
