Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing their insurance needs, and providing personalized coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to effectively advise clients.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

· Meet With Clients over the internet utilizing ZOOM, Facetime, etc.:

All leads are provided through state of the art leads generating, no cold calling or prospecting

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
