Hot Springs, Arkansas number one growing Home Improvement Company is seeking Appointment Setters at our Hot Springs office. Customer service experience is a must, as you will be interacting with clients on the
phones discussing our products and securing sales leads and appointments for our team.

No experience necessary will train.
Responsibilities:
+ Set appointments and schedule leads for our Outside Sales Reps
+ Answer calls
+ Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
+ Research required information using available resources
+ Provide customers with product and service information
+ Enter new customer information into the system
+ Update existing customer information
+ Follow up customer calls where necessary
+ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
+ Complete call logs
+ Computers, CRM skills and excellent customer service skills is a MUST, Quick Learning and
+ Follow-up skills are important.
Compensation:
Job Type: Full-time Positions Available
Paid weekly PLUS bonus
The average appointment setter makes $520.00 to $1000.00+ weekly with hourly
and commission
Days: Monday- Friday- 11 - 8pm and able to work two Saturday per month-required
