Job Summary:

The Operations Manager - Field Services at LWC Services oversees the field service operations, encompassing both interior and exterior building and window cleaning. The Operations Manager - Field Services supports the LWC vision and upholds brand standards through training and management of employees, safeguarding the integrity of the fleet and equipment, providing accurate data and communication regarding customers and operations, and analyzing this data to make informed decisions aligned with LWC's strategy. A successful candidate will be able to drive a culture of superior customer service and operational accountability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manages multiple field crews and approximately 40 employees daily.
  • Oversees daily operational and logistical activities, including technicians, dispatch, and warehouse.
  • Trains, coaches, and develops employees and ensures that they perform their duties diligently and in accordance with all LWC standard operating procedures, policies, and protocols.
  • Manages workload, overtime, and labor resource planning using the company's customer and workflow management software.
  • Reviews projects, defines necessary equipment, assigns team members, and identifies job-specific risks and client priorities.
  • Ensures supplies and equipment readiness for each job by managing company resources.
  • Ensures effective workflow management, including job scheduling and service backlog management.
  • Oversees and directs the safety and fleet maintenance programs.
  • Maintains warehouse and inventory management systems and organization.
  • Completes weekly and monthly site and employee audits to drive compliance and uphold standards.
  • Must be present during working hours, as this is not a work from home position.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of operations management experience, preferably in logistics or field service operations.
  • Proven ability to manage hourly associates, including hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing training.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Preferably will have experience using a CRM system and/or routing software.
  • Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform tasks requiring physical exertion.
  • Ability to work at various heights, walk on job sites, climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and reach.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work in all weather conditions.
  • Able to lift, move, pull, and push objects weighing up to 75 pounds.

  • Bilingual a plus, preferably Spanish.
